My background
My name is Aaron Neale, and for as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about food, and how to improve the quality of the meals I was consuming and serving to friends and family. After all, if you're going to cook, you might as well do it right. The greatest reward of a properly prepared meal, is the look of excitement and satisfaction from those you serve.
This passion for food eventually led me to culinary school, where I was able to explore new techniques and truly understand the difference between good flavors and great. Building on this foundation, I created Neale's All Purpose Seasoning, and I guarantee will be the first thing you reach for in your spice rack. So whether its beef, bison, venison, or trout...grab some Neale's-It gets the flavor out.
How I got started
I have been a professional chef for the last several years, but I've been cooking since I was old enough to open the refrigerator. My first true passion was cooking and creating new recipes with wild game.
In 2014 I started doing wild game cooking shows with a friend of mine.
The feedback I gained from these experiences were that most people may not enjoy getting as detailed in their recipes as I do. Therefore, I created the perfect all purpose seasoning. This seasoning will definitely simplify any dish you are preparing and still leave you with professional results.
My taste
I believe whenever possible, one should cook outdoors. Whether, it's on a grill or open fire there's a earthy, all natural flavor that is hard to match. That's my goal with Neale's All Purpose Seasoning.
